“Able to enjoy my basement again without a wet floor! Nelson did an amazing job. My system was put to the test thanks to Mother Nature about a week after the job was complete. What a 48 year relief it has been. This work was beyond long over due.
Job was prepped and the house was taken in consideration as if he was the owner. It’s a messy dirty job but all steps were taken to prevent any issues with dirt around the house . My basement is now doing the job two pumps pumping away and no wet spots anywhere coming thru the floor. Very honest and understanding in price. It’s been about 8 months and I am still trying to get used to not worrying about the basement!

“Nelson & his Premier Basement Waterproofing team are amazing! My old yankee basement was dingy & damp all the time. When it rained, water would seep in. I would have to slush around to make sure things weren’t getting damaged. Since Premier put in my French drain, sump pump, & vapor barrier…it’s been dry & not at all damp. As my basement is my only storage, I can now use it for anything. I haven’t had a drop of water. My basement is no longer the creepy, wet yankee basement. It’s now a wonderful storage area. Nelson’s team was neat & efficient. I would recommend Premier to anyone with water issues.”
